Wdyte Festival - March Social Ride
Event information
This is our informal, no-drop monthly ride for all club members. This month we'll be taking on a local loop in the spirit of the Warrandyte Festival Weekend. This loop first appeared in the Warrandyte Diary last year as the 'Orange Route', (Strava link) a loop on the trails through the Warrandyte State Forest, mostly on the firetrails with a few sections of road and some wicked climbs. The pace is 'social Sunday morning' and we'll break up into groups where necessary. A medium skill and fitness level is required.
Meet in the riverside carpark opposite Whipstick Gully Road.
Please make sure your bike is in good working order, suitable for riding offroad, and you have an Australian standard helmet to participate. Must bring your own spares water food and anything else you may need along the way, and there is a very high possibility of a coffee stop afterwards.
